Double string rollers (floating) Taurus
Taurus double string rollers are designed to be aggregated with cultivators.
The primary advantage is preparing the seedbed in a single pass, reducing soil compaction and cultivation costs. The double string roller provides effective soil consolidation, while the toothed bars (strings) efficiently crush the topsoil. It prepares the soil for precision seeding of demanding crops such as beets, maize, and various vegetables.
The working elements can be mounted in the frame using either bearings or bushings.
The product range includes string rollers with a diameter of 295 mm.
Standard equipment includes a turnbuckle (screw connector) for precise adjustment of the working depth.
The frame is equipped with brackets for lighting boards and a warning triangle.
