Personal Data Protection Policy

Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) applicable as of 25.05.2018, we would like to inform you about the mode and the purpose of processing your personal data, as well as about rights with which you are vested in relation to data protection.

Please note that the data controller of your personal data is Bomet Sp. z o.o. Sp. Komandytowa, 07-100 Węgrów, ul. Berka Joselewicza 2. This means that the company is responsible for handling data in a safe and reliable mode, in compliance with the applicable provisions. In relation to the above, Bomet Sp. z o.o. Sp. Komandytowa has adjusted its operations to the new requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

The data are processed for the purpose of activities, entering into or performance of contracts, processing orders and any other actions at the Client’s request. Additionally, as a company we are subject to a number of legal obligations such as, e.g., tax legislation and other regulations aimed at counteracting crime or acting in the public interest (Art. 6(1)(E) of the GDPR), which results in the processing of data in compliance with the current legal order.

You are vested with a right to access your personal data and to correct such data, as well as the right to revoke your consent at any moment in time, which shall result in the removal of the provided data from the database of the contracting  partners of Bomet Sp. Z o.o., Sp. k. 07-100 Węgrów, ul. Berka Joselewicza 2 and no possibility to process an order. Furthermore, you are vested with a right to demand transfer of data to another data controller, provided it is technically possible. You have a right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in the Republic of Poland has been the President of the Personal Data Protection Office as of 25.05.2018.

The data are also provided to entities processing data at the Company's request and persons acting upon their authorisation. These entities include entities providing transport services. These entities process the data exclusively at the request of the Company and based on the concluded contracts.

The processing of your data shall take place for a period necessary for meeting the purposes resulting from the concluded contracts, orders and legal regulations until the moment of meeting the Company's legitimate interests or until the moment of your objection against such processing, provided there are no legitimate premises for the further processing of data.
