Rotavator for inter-row crop (e.g. strawberries) Vega

Rotavators for inter-row crop Vega are mainly intended for cutting root-spreading weeds and for loosening and mixing the soil without reversing it in inter-row crop, eg strawberries. They can also be used to mix mineral fertilizers with soil.

A special feature of the offer available on the market is the special construction of a rotor shaft. Knives can be mounted to 10 blade discs by special discs and distances. This rotor shaft design allows obtaining different widths of machined inter-rows and gives the opportunity to change the spacing of machined inter-rows in a wide range.

As a standard, the rotor shaft is adapted to work at a row spacing of about 60 cm, with the inter-row width processed of about 30 cm.

The rotavator is equipped with a standard suspension system I and II category.

The working depth is determined stepwise by means of two supporting wheels with a diameter of 34 cm.

The knife rotor is adapted to machine rows by using high knives, thanks to which a large clearance under the rotor of 27 cm was obtained.

The machine has special internal partitions and front screens mounted, which are to protect plants from damage by rotating knives, stones and soil shredded by knives. It is also equipped with a traditional rear protective cover that limits the release of soil and stones.

The rotavator is equipped with PTO shaft as a standard.
